Interested in becoming a mentor? Looking to stand out while making a meaningful impact in an underserved community?
The HCOP Ambassador program is designed to help health professional students develop leadership skills relevant to underserved healthcare populations.
Our next Ambassador application cycle will begin in July 2026
As an Ambassador you will:
- Gain experience in working with an underserved population
- Complete a short community-based project/research and present a poster
- Mentor high school and undergraduate students interested in a health career
- Receive mentorship and/or training from a faculty
- Receive a stipend
Eligible students include:
- Medicine (MD, DO)
- Nursing (BSN, MSN, DNP, PhD)
- Dentistry (DDS, DMD)
- Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Physician Assistant (MPAS)
